Driven Women Magazine visits our women’s only track day group.

We were delighted to welcome Helen, the Founder and Editor of Australian based mag, Driven Women Magazine, the only motoring magazine of its kind in the world, which focuses on women and motoring culture.

Helen started Driven Women Magazine two and half years ago as she felt the female voice was not being heard in mainstream motoring magazines, Helen knew that there were many women like her who were passionate about cars. To date, Helen has released four issues of DWM and Issue Five, which has a ‘grassroots motoring and motorsport’ theme will be released in early 2020.

It seemed only too fitting for Helen to visit on the Saturday 3rd November track day at Wakefield Park with the 17 women participating in the women’s only sessions.

Helen met with the ladies participating and discovered more about this diverse group of women and the cars they drive. From Rebecca in her brand new Hyundai I30N, to young Jessica in her Ford Focus, Kathy in her Mercedes AMG GLC43 and mother and daughter Karina and Elanor driving a dedicated track prepared Mazda MX5, just to name a few.
